Job Summary:

Hidden Talents ABA is seeking a talented Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Bacliff, TX. Responsibilities:

• Implement behavioral interventions and supports to address the individual needs of each client

• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior using various tools and software

• Collaborate with our team of BCBAs to develop and modify treatment plans as needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment

• Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and other team members

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on best practices
