What You’ll Do:
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Harleyâ€'Davidson motorcycles
- Complete multiâ€'point inspections and document findings accurately
- Install performance upgrades, accessories, and customization components
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding repair needs and timelines
- Stay current on Harleyâ€'Davidson training, tools, and technology
- Deliver highâ€'quality workmanship that meets dealership and factory standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior motorcycle or automotive technician experience required
- Harleyâ€'Davidson or powersports experience strongly preferred
- Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license required; motorcycle endorsement preferred or willing to obtain
- Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the day
