What You’ll Do:

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Harleyâ€'Davidson motorcycles 
• Complete multiâ€'point inspections and document findings accurately 
• Install performance upgrades, accessories, and customization components 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment 
• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding repair needs and timelines 
• Stay current on Harleyâ€'Davidson training, tools, and technology 
• Deliver highâ€'quality workmanship that meets dealership and factory standards 

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior motorcycle or automotive technician experience required 
• Harleyâ€'Davidson or powersports experience strongly preferred 
• Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues efficiently 
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Valid driver’s license required; motorcycle endorsement preferred or willing to obtain 
• Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the day
