Junior Management Analyst Location: Patuxent River, MD (Hybrid/Remote) Description: HigherEchelon is seeking a motivated Junior Management Analyst to support The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Systems Engineering Department (SED) team in Patuxent River, MD. This opportunity is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities: Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives in support of international agreements and FMS cases. Coding and filing documents, calculating and posting charges to departmental accounts, preparing and tracking travel orders Analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified program or project team. Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets technical data relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. May be required to support classified meetings and/or provide clearance checks/access control for classified spaces. Applies Government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management. Required Experience: At least two (2) years of recent and relevant experience in management, technical or business analysis disciplines. Demonstrated experience in analyzing program/project status and providing documentation to support project/program is required. * Must be a US Citizen
