Job Description

As a Manager RO Business Operations you would be responsible for:

§  Provides direction on Board Member and Owner communications and meetings. Creates direction and reviews material prepared, action items, financial reports and capital projects for quality, consistency, and compliance to standards and statute. Reviews all election results for accuracy. Assists in drafting/proofing all meeting minutes and action items.

§  Provides orientation training to new Board Members.

§  Ensures compliance with governing documents and provincial/state statues.

§  Directs and assists with coordination of special projects to include renovations, remodels and property enhancements with the support of the Resort Operations Team, Facilities and Development and Purchasing.

§ Leads regular cross process updates, including General Manager and Site Team, Facilities and Development, Project Coordinator, Purchasing and Finance Teams to ensure alignment and success of all large projects.

§  Works with the Resort Operations Team, Accounting and third party asset review company to develop a long range asset management and funding plan that is updated.

§  Assists in forecasting and budget development to ensure financial accountability and profitability. Assists Resort Operations with contract/lease agreements.

§  Works with Accounting and Financial Services on bad debt and delinquency in accordance with the IRAA (Interval Recovery Assignment Agreement) to maximize the resorts financial health.

§  Monitors financial spending/tracking; Conducts monthly reviews of financial statements and variances.

§  Reviews weekly departure surveys of resorts and works with team to improve vacation experience.

§  Assists with analysis of financial statements on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

§  Completes and assists with variance reports for the property.

§  Represents Embarc and Hilton Grand Vacations in a professional manner at all times.

§ Consistently practices and maintains the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with fellow team members, management, owners, members and prospects.

§  Completes all required Company trainings and compliance courses as assigned.

§  Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.

§  Performs other duties as assigned.

Compensation:

Salary range: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year. This role is also eligible for annual performance bonuses.

Qualifications

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

    §     Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.

    §     A minimum three (3) years of supervisory experience.

    §      Community Association Management License, if required.
    § Driver’s License (non-commercial).
