HireCare Services | In-Home ABA Therapy | Atlanta, GA, and Surrounding Areas
HireCare Services is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality behavioral support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. This part-time role offers flexibility, professional growth, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families across Atlanta, GA, and the surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or community settings
Implement individualized treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Collect accurate data on client behavior and skill development
Communicate progress and concerns to supervising BCBAs
Maintain clear, timely, and professional session notes
Build supportive and therapeutic relationships with clients and families
Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and company standards
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred)
Active RBT certification OR willingness to obtain certification within 90 days of hire
Strong communication skills and ability to follow clinical instructions
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Ability to adapt to client needs in a dynamic environment
Work Schedule:
Part-time and full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) positions available
Hours vary depending on client availability and caseload needs
Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed)
15–25+ hours per week, depending on your availability and client needs
Compensation:
$24–$31 per hour
