A mid to senior level individual to manage a project for one of our biggest clients in real estate domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications.
Technical Skills:
- Planning project resources, planning, scheduling etc.
- Assembling and Leading Project team
- Time management
- Manage project budget and cost
- Manage Issues and Risk
- Monitoring project / task progress
- Reporting and Documentation
- Motivating resources
- Managing client
- Managing vendors and resources
- Well aware of internal process like CCMI etc.
Process Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Behavioral Skills :
- Resolve issues of projects and explore to alternate designs
- Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
- Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
