Horizon ABA is bringing high-quality ABA to the Valley. We're looking for a part-time, in-home BCBA to set the stage for ethical, compassionate care for our families. At Horizon, BCBAs provide individual, and family behavior analytic services with a focus on the autism spectrum disorder (ASD) population. Clinicians conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with any outside service providers. Clinicians maintain clinical documentation and complete progress reports.

As a BCBA, your mission is to lead a team of Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver high-quality clinical outcomes, create a positive experience for clients, and continue your education in all things neurodivergence, early education, and child development.

Schedule

We strive to honor the lives of our families and our technicians, and allow for flexibility in meeting hour requirements. We are piloting a 4-day work week as we onboard clients so we can ensure we are prioritizing quality work performance through our well-taken care of clinicians! It is up to the BCBA to determine the appropriate schedule for providing case supervision. Mandatory staff meetings are held at multiple times throughout the day to include everyone without disrupting client schedules or requiring staff to take time out of their personal schedule to attend. We know that not all cases have the same workload, so you will work with the Chief Clinical Officer (LBA) to ensure you have a caseload that makes sense.  It is up to the BCBA to determine the appropriate schedule for providing case supervision and through which location, and it will be overseen by the Chief Clinical Officer.
