We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in supporting the Project Manager by handling administrative duties, coordinating project activities, and ensuring that all project components are aligned and running smoothly. The Project Coordinator will be involved in scheduling, documenting, and communicating project status to all stakeholders. Ideal Skills, Certifications, and Experience
Education – Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience – Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within the telecommunications, security systems, or construction industries. Certifications
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) preferred. Skills
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong capabilities in Excel and Project Management software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties
Project Support
Assist the Project Manager in all administrative functions and project tracking.
Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives. Documentation and Reporting
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders. Communication
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants.
Report and escalate issues to management as needed. Resource Coordination
Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings.
Ensure project deadlines are met.
Determine project changes and report on project progress as well as problems and solutions to the Project Manager. Additional Information
