  • Pay Range: $25–$30/hour

  • Salary options are available for all RBT staff with an active RBT certification.

  • Location: In-Home & In-School (We come to the kiddos!)

  • Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time available

  • Start Date: ASAP—we can’t wait to meet you

Hours: Based on the case (ranging anywhere from 15 to 40 hours a week)

We are actively seeking Spanish-speaking RBTs. If you're bilingual in English and Spanish, we’d love to hear from you. Many of the families we serve speak Spanish, and having team members who can communicate directly with them makes a meaningful impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children (in homes and schools)

  • Following treatment plans created by our BCBAs

  • Tracking progress with easy-to-use systems (training provided)

  • Collaborating with families and teammates to help children thrive

  • Bringing energy, compassion, and consistency to every session

What You Bring

  • RBT certification (or willingness to obtain it — we’ll help you through the process)

  • A passion for working with children

  • A team-first, positive attitude

  • Reliable transportation

  • Willingness to learn, grow, and bring your heart to the work

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred)
