Hourly | $90–$105 per hour | Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities
House of Hearts ABA is looking for a strong Telehealth BCBA who wants more than “just another BCBA job.”
We’re building something different — a team that moves fast, cares deeply, and refuses to let families sit on waitlists while kids lose time. This isn’t just a role. It’s a chance to be part of a growing mission-driven organization that treats quality care and staff support as non-negotiables.
If you want to work somewhere that actually values clinicians, backs you up operationally, and genuinely cares about clients and families, you’ll fit in here.
This position is open only to candidates who are licensed and physically located in Colorado or Florida, allowing us to stay fully compliant while serving families in those states.
Compensation
$90–$105 per hour, based on experience and availability
Paid hourly for all billable clinical work
Telehealth combined with hourly pay gives BCBAs maximum flexibility by allowing you to control your schedule, eliminate commute time, and get paid for every hour of meaningful clinical work you provide — without being tied to rigid, full-time constraints.
