DescriptionIdaho National Laboratory is hiring a Senior Microsoft Azure Cloud Administrator / Engineer to work in our Information Technology (IT) department. Our team works a 9x80 schedule located out of our INL Administration Building, Idaho Falls, Idaho with every other Friday off. Remote or Hybrid work opportunities may be available for this position.You will report to the Manager of Application Delivery Services and you will be a senior Microsoft cloud services administrator, for Azure and perform as cloud administrator for Azure implementations.Responsibilities Include:Perform as cloud administrator for existing Azure implementations. Implement, manage identity, governance, storage, compute, and virtual networks in a cloud environment, plus provision, size, monitor, and adjust resources, when needed. Provide leadership in migrating information, applications and services into the cloud.Determine and implement configurations according to INL Architecture and Security standards.Be the subject matter expert for implementing, managing, and monitoring INL’s Microsoft Azure environment.Provide design input and analysis on project milestones; analyze weaknesses and recommend system improvements.Configure and manage Azure cloud services, and serve as a liaison between Microsoft and the Azure user base.
