This person will be responsible for standardizing, centralizing, coordinating, and integrating information.Ability to self-start and multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including the standardization for the acquisition reporting requirements, program execution and centralizing this information in SharePoint to help inform key stakeholders of informed of new Acquisition policies, processes, and trending information. This role ensures acquisition processes are followed, and reporting is timely and accurate. Establish a full spectrum of operations procedures by incorporating technical solutions to respond to the rapidly evolving environment.

Provide advice, support and systems engineering consulting services to the DHA CAE and CSE to implement Federal and DoD systems engineering requirements.
Coordinate closely with the CSE and support contractors to integrate systems engineering considerations into all planning, implementation, management, sustainment, and oversight activities.
Examples include: Research and analyze DoD policy, draft and coordinate DHA systems engineering policy and standards. Assessing acquisition programs in development, deployment or sustainment for compliance with Functional Sponsor requirements, Federal and DoD statutory and regulatory systems engineering requirements and best practices. Assessing Program requirements, functional designs, plans and schedules, and providing recommendations. Review milestone and decision acquisition documentation for completeness and soundness of approach and providing recommendations. Supporting the exercise of systems engineering functional leadership and focus within the acquisition structure on integration and interoperability across the DHA.
Qualifications
Required Skills/ Qualifications: Requires a master’s degree in business, acquisition, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), physics, computer science, or related field with a minimum of eight (8) years of experience Eight (8) years of experience with knowledge of the federal acquisition process supporting Program Executive Office (PEO)/ Program Management Office (PMO) operations and activities for Acquisition Category (ACAT), Business Category (BCAT), Services Category (SCAT), or DoD adaptive acquisition framework programs; policy implementation, logistics, life cycle management; acquisition support; performing technical analyses, studies or project planning and monitoring involving the design, development or acquisition of systems and implementation of associated functional changes.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of the DoD 5000 series and associated milestone decisions and reviews, to include experience with the implementation of the DoD 5000 acquisition policy, strategy, and processes.
Extensive experience with acquisition strategies and acquisition lifecycle management plan and providing advice and guidance.
Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification required. Desired Skills/ Qualifications: Knowledge of Federal and DOD acquisition procedures.
Experience as a program manager of DoD acquisition programs is preferred.
