What You’ll Do

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc.)

• Create and update individualized ABA treatment plans

• Supervise and mentor RBTs and Behavior Technicians

• Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and community teams

• Maintain insurance-compliant documentation through CentralReach

What You Bring

• Active BCBA certification and NJ LBA license (or in process)

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field

• Experience delivering home-based or community ABA services preferred

• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

• Commitment to ethical ABA practices and family-centered care

Compensation & Perks

• Competitive $75–$100/hour based on experience and caseload

• Sign-on bonus after 90 days
