We are currently hiring for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Woodbridge / Perth Amboy, NJ region. Primary Responsibilities – BCBA

  • Conduct ABA assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc.)

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

  • Supervise and guide RBTs / Behavior Technicians

  • Deliver home-based and community-based ABA therapy services as needed

  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports via CentralReach

  • Collaborate with families, schools, and related professionals to support client progress

Qualifications – Board Certified Behavior Analyst

  • Active BCBA certification and New Jersey license required

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

  • Experience in home-based or community-based ABA services preferred

  • Strong clinical writing, communication, and organizational skills

  • Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive team setting
