Immersive Wisdom, provider of a leading remote collaborative ops center platform for DDIL environments, is seeking a Hawaii-based Senior Field Support Engineer (*existing TS/SCI security clearance required*) to join our growing organization. You will work closely with existing customers, potential customers, and our broader team, driving the continued technical and operational success of Immersive Wisdom's software platform. **To be considered for this position, you must have an existing TS/SCI clearance, be based in Hawaii and have deep technical experience working with the Department of Defense.** The Role Provide hands-on active technical support for key expanding programs, assuring operational success and customer satisfaction Collaborate and communicate on a continuous basis across Immersive Wisdom support, software development, and operations teams Coordinate and deliver targeted technical demonstrations, presentations, and updates to key customers and stakeholders Drive technical strategy and customer relations by soliciting, capturing, and executing upon client feedback Actively and continuously identify areas of improvement across business, technology, and mission support Requirements and Qualifications Active TS/SCI Security Clearance Current operational experience with DoD customer mission sets Deep hands-on experience with DoD data sources and systems Effective communication skills with the ability to listen, understand, educate, and influence Willingness to travel Experience with geospatial and collaboration technologies a major plus About Immersive Wisdom Immersive Wisdom® offers a remote collaborative ops center platform for distributed & disaggregated operations that allows geographically dispersed personnel to effectively work together and act without having to be physically present, even in severely bandwidth-limited environments, using existing desktops and laptops.
