Hourly Rate: $14.00 - $18.00/hr

Job Requirements:

• Physical stamina and strength: Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 55 lbs as needed, and stand or walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy: Strong focus on correctly picking and packing orders, as well as keeping accurate inventory records to support efficient operations.
• Experience with warehouse equipment: Familiarity with operating pallet jacks, or other warehouse machinery (preferred but not required).

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders: Accurately locate, retrieve, and package items for outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and handling procedures to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Inventory management and organization: Regularly stock, organize, and monitor warehouse inventory, conducting periodic counts to maintain accurate records and support efficient operations.
• Loading and unloading shipments: Safely operate equipment to load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments, minimizing potential damage and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
