Role: Lab Inspector
Location: Corning, NY
Rate: $45 to $48
12 Months contract o The person filling this role will be working, primarily, in a lab environment
o They will work primarily with their hands, and use numerous measurement tools (rulers, callipers, micrometres, etc.)
o They will be responsible for maintaining the lab’s cleanliness
o Inside of the lab, they will work with sophisticated equipment to inspect metal sheets
o They will have to visit the manufacturing floor frequently to perform various visual inspections
o They will interact with various team members including operators, management, and engineers on a daily basis
o Employees are not exposed to hazardous chemicals. They do not work with power tools, but will interface with equipment in the lab, nothing that would expose them to high voltage.
