NAVWAR 8.0 is responsible for oversight and successful execution of all corporate operations related activities for NAVWAR in support of Navy-wide Information Dominance initiatives. Due to reorganization along functional lines, this program office is consolidating and contracting for support across several 8.0 functional areas. This includes Corporate Operations, Strategic Management, Business Planning, Workforce Management, Military Management, Process Improvement, and Corporate Communications. Reporting to the Program Manager, the Talent Management Systems Specialist will oversee the implementation, education, and ongoing support of the Waypoints (Cornerstone Platform) system for the civilian employee population on the NAVWAR 8.0 Corporate Operations Support Services (COSS) contract. This candidate will be responsible for managing resources, updating project plans, handling data preparation, identifying deployment risks, and training team members. This position is located in San Diego, CA. What You'll Do * Assist in cleaning and collecting information to load into Mass Data Load (MDL) spreadsheets. * Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data required for pop * Update the implementation project plan regularly. * Report project status, progress, and any issues to leadership on a bi-weekly basis. * Ensure transparency and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. * Educate the Waypoints team on the functionality of the Cornerstone platform. * Train NAVWAR Deployment Waypoints team members to upload and manage sessions. * Assist in building out curricula and event sessions. * Assign and manage resources to ensure all work required to launch Waypoints is completed efficiently and effectively. * Coordinate with internal teams to optimize resource utilization. * Bid and proposal support if requested. * Other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications: * An active secret clearance is required to be considered for this position. * Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required. * At least three (3) years of experience implementing the Cornerstone Platform (or as a strong Administrator). * Experience in training and supporting end-users on the Cornerstone platform. * Proven expertise in implementing and managing Cornerstone modules, such as learning management, performance management, and talent acquisition. * Strong proficiency in data preparation and migration within the Cornerstone environment. * Strong project management skills, including resource allocation and project planning. * Expertise in data management, including data cleaning and preparation for large-scale uploads. * Ability to identify and mitigate risks effectively. * Excellent training and communication skills. * Experience in impact assessment and system updates. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy. * Proactive and self-motivated. * Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. * Must possess basic computer literacy and data entry skills. * Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Demonstrated problem-solving skills. * Must possess strong time management skills. * Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment. * Must be able to remain seated in a stationary position 50% of the time. Must also be able to alternate between sitting, standing, and walking. * ~10% travel required. * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Desired Qualifications: * Five (5) years' experience with the Cornerstone Platform. * Prior experience in a similar role within a government or large corporate setting. INDUS aims to provide a competitive compensation package, including a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000. This position is eligible to participate in our corporate 401(k) and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) programs, and may be eligible for performance bonuses, and other rewards and benefits (see more about our compensation package and benefits offered at Culture @ INDUS | INDUS Technology).
