Duties & Responsibilities:
• Applies electrical engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement, test, and evaluate test and training range instrumentation systems, data acquisition systems, data processing and display systems, and test communications systems
• Reviews and prepares electrical engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation
• Applies electrical engineering experience to perform functions such as system integration, configuration, management, or acquisition and resource management
• Works independently on more complex tasking and consults with senior engineers as needed
• Supports tasking working with more senior engineers
• Oversees the quality of work products and services of junior engineers
• Supports operations, maintenance, and repair of systems including transmitters (solid state and TWT), exciters, and receivers

• BS Degree in an electrical engineering discipline from a school of engineering accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET)
• A minimum of 3 years of work experience performing the stated function
• A minimum of 2 years of work experience with electrical engineering functions related to development, test, or evaluation of instrumentation systems. Possess an academic and work experience background in such areas as preparation of technical and operational test plans, execution of sophisticated tests, certification of systems, logistic support planning, technical data review, and analytical interpretation of test results.
• RF experience required
• Microsoft Office skills required
• Applicant must possess a valid driver’s license and successfully pass drug testing Clearance Requirements:
• Currently hold or be able to obtain and maintain the proper US DoD issued security clearance, which requires US Citizenship. Security clearance eligibility may be discussed during the interview phase.
• Employment and start date is contingent upon the candidate receiving the required US DoD issued interim security clearance Work Conditions:
Most work performed in enclosed buildings at a desk or in data processing environments. Work will include sitting, standing, walking, lifting and reaching. Special vision abilities to perform this job are close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus. Some travel and/or overtime may be required. Benefits Include:
