Embedded Software Engineer 
Location: Broomfield, CO.

* Equivalent work experience may be considered in place of education.
* Advanced degrees may also substitute for experience.
* Basic knowledge of Computer-Aided Engineering tools.
* Understanding of engineering principles and practices at a conceptual level.
* Experience collaborating in multi-disciplinary teams. 
Desired Skills: * Expertise in C++ and Python.
* Hands-on experience with embedded systems, focusing on memory, timing, and throughput optimization.
* Background in spacecraft flight software development and leading software teams.
* Proficient in tools for requirements tracking, code reviews, static analysis, and automated build processes.
* Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, Software Design Patterns, and SysML/UML.
* Experience with SITL/HITL environments for testing and debugging.
* Skilled in Configuration Management platforms such as GIT and SVN.
* Experience developing on Real-Time Operating Systems, with a preference for VxWorks.
