Software Engineer 
Location: Richardson, TX.

You will have the opportunity to directly impact the world around you and contribute to classified programs and technologies you are passionate about. In this role, you will use your solid foundation in Java and experience working in a Linux environment to comprehend customer needs and translate those needs into viable design solutions.  Job Responsibilities: * Opportunity to use your understanding of software principles, theories, and concepts related to software engineering (including software development lifecycle and software development process), design patterns, and Object Oriented architecture.
* Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
* Demonstrate your critical thinking skills with the ability to communicate concepts and ideas well.
* The ability to obtain and maintain SCI program access and complete polygraphs. 
Required Skills: * Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a 2 years of experience.
* At least 1 year experience developing or supporting complex applications using Java.
* Experience with Agile and/or DevSecOps toolsets (e.g. Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, Jenkins, Cucumber, etc.).
* Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. 
Desired Skills: * Experience with Agile development methodologies.
* Experience with DevSecOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery.
* Experience with building automated tests.
