Innova Solutions has an is immediately for an RN - Case Manager in Hoover AL.


The position provides case management for Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Workers' Compensation. The position is responsible for OSHA record keeping and reporting requirements. This position is also responsible for responding to occasional emergency medical care needs of associates.



RN (Preferred) or LPN
M-F Schedule
BLS CPR/AED Certification - highly preferred

Summary of Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree
Registered Nurse - Alabama Board of Nursing
BLS CPR/AED Certification
Three years of registered nursing experience
Strong communication skills, both orally and written, along with positive collaboration and excellent interpersonal skills
Experience demonstrating clinical reasoning, data analysis, problem-solving, critiquing, and independent decision making skills
Experience demonstrating time management skills to work independently or as part of a team to achieve goals in an atmosphere committed to service quality
Knowledge of current medical terminology, disease processes, and pharmacology
High degree of problem solving and diagnostic skills to be used to determine the correct level of triage
Experience and/or knowledge of FMLA, ADA, OSHA, and Workers' Compensation preferred
Case management, occupational health, critical care/emergency, and/or medical/surgical experience preferred
Certified Case Manager preferred
Certified Ergonomics Specialist preferred


PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
