Compensation: $50.00-70.00/hr

Skillset / Experience: Electrical Engineer IV

The primary role of the Electrical Engineer IV is to design, develop, test, and oversee the manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment, components, and systems for various uses, including commercial, industrial, military, or scientific applications. The candidate should possess strong skills in creating engineering drawings, interpreting blueprints, and overseeing project execution.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the design, development, and testing of electrical equipment such as machinery controls, wiring, and lighting systems.
  • Ensure the cost-effectiveness, reliability, and safety of design models through review and approval.
  • Provide clients with project time and cost estimates.
  • Oversee simulation, testing, and quality monitoring of machine/structure/system operations.
  • Direct and coordinate all phases of manufacturing, construction, installation, and maintenance to ensure compliance with specifications and customer requirements.
  • Conduct inspections of completed installations to verify conformance to design and safety standards.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital system design and electrical engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AR/VR systems, low-power electronic devices, or wearables.
  • Proficiency in embedded system firmware development using C.
  • Hands-on experience with high-speed signaling technologies (DP, MIPI, HDMI, USB SS).
  • Experience with IMUs and sensor calibration systems.
  • Experience designing full system prototypes.
