*This is for a contract that has not yet been awarded* Job Description: Augments and supports course planning and development, including, but not limited to, all formal training courses, lessons and related courseware material. Requirements: * Must be a U.S. Citizen * TS/SCI clearance * Level 1: * Associate's Degree in subject matter related to courseware hired to develop or Air Force ISD Course. (AETC ADDIE or Approved Equivalent Course) * Plus 1 year experience applying the ISD process (Analysis [Job Analysis, Task/Learning Analysis, Resource Analysis & Target Audience Analysis] Design to include Objective & Evaluation authoring, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) to formal curriculum (civilian or otherwise). * Level 2: * Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in subject matter related to courseware hired to develop or Air Force ISD Course (AETC ADDIE or Approved Equivalent Course) * CCAF ISD Certification or civilian equivalent. For Non-CCAF courses, equivalent internship/experience that would result in ISD Certification * Level 3: * Bachelor's Degree in subject matter related to courseware hired to develop or completion of Air Force ISD Course (AETC ADDIE or Approved Equivalent Course) * Three (3) years experience applying the ISD process to formal Air Force CO, IO, or Faculty Development courseware * CCAF ISD Certification or civilian equivalent.
