Overview Intrepid Solutions is seeking an entry-level AV Integrator to join our Enterprise Integration Team which is comprised of AV maintenance technicians, programmers, and engineers who provide AV support for related system components and programs. Responsibilities * As a member of our AV Team, you will learn: * The primary components within standard AV and teleconferencing systems. * How to troubleshoot systems and platforms to discover issues, identify broken or failing components, and pinpoint AV components which may be reaching end of life/end of support. * Our customer's trouble ticket and incident reporting system, responding to reported incidents with one of our O&M Team Members. * How to review AV component and equipment artifacts and reference materials to learn AV designs and component integrations. * AV control systems and processing components. * How to utilize the tools, equipment, software, and programs used within the AV industry to test, troubleshoot, and configure AV hardware, software, and various AV system components. * Assisting with supporting customer events and activities which require an AV presence or participation. * Escorting personnel to work within the customer spaces in direct support of related AV O&M and E&I Task Orders. OPERATING HOURS AND EXPECTATIONS: This is a full-time position that operates 100% onsite unless otherwise indicated by, and at the discretion of, the Program Manager and customer. Work will occur between the operating hours of 0600 and 1800. TRAVEL: The primary place of work is the DIA Headquarters located at Joint Base Anacostia. This position may require travel to customer sites within the National Capital Region based on team assignments and other task order work related to our customer. Qualifications CLEARANCE: * Active Top Secret/SCI and CI Polygraph. ***TS/SCI required upon application for initial consideration. This position is not open for any additional clearance upgrades outside of the CI Poly, reactivation, or sponsorship. *** EDUCATION: * High School Diploma CERTIFICATION(S): N/A REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: * Strong focus on customer support, collaboration, and working within a team environment that is structured to solve issues in a rapid and efficient manner. * Excellent communication skills. * Positive can do learning attitude and mindset. * Proven experience as a proactive adult learner. DESIRED SKILLS: * Up to 2 years of experience is desired for this position but is not required to be eligible as an Apprentice on our team. * Audio Visual, audio systems, broadcast equipment, or computer or IT system experience. * Wiring, cabling, or IT infrastructure experience. * IT, AV, or Audio system troubleshooting and solutioning experience. * AV cabling or hardware component configuration or wiring experiene. * Troubleshooting computer-based hardware and software related IT, AV, broadcast, or audio components/infrastructure.
