JUNIOR SAP BUSINESS ANALYST-REMOTE WITH SECURITY CLEARANCE

We are looking for a Junior SAP Business Analyst to join our team in supporting the Defense Logistics Agency's DLA Finance (J8). Your day-to-day work will include: * Providing and assisting J8 with clearing invalid balances and transactions from Provide and assist J8 with clearing invalid balances and transactions from Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) to convert a supportable trial balance. * Assisting with analyzing current EBS data to identify invalid transactions and anomalies. * Assessing data quality against DoD's standards and requirements. * Assisting with developing and implementing data cleansing processes to correct anomalies, resolve invalid transactions, and standardize data. * Assisting with validating the data for accuracy and integrity through various techniques. * Providing support to the team as needed and completing other duties as assigned. At a minimum you should have: * An active SECRET clearance. * Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and between 1-3 years of relevant experience, specifically in the federal sector. * Proficiency in MS Office tools and the ability to learn other tools as needed. You will be highly desirable if you have: * Experience with or knowledge of purchase orders, sales orders, fund reservations, purchase requisitions, and standalone FI AP/AR/disbursement/collection documents. * Experience with or knowledge of order to cash and procure to pay experience. * Ability to understand relationships of key SAP purchases, sales, inventory, and financial tables. * Experience supporting and collaborating with DoD stakeholders, senior leadership, and DoD/Army Financial Management personnel. *All employees may be called upon to provide their knowledge and/or expertise to proposal efforts including contract re-competes. **This job description is subject to change at any time.
