We are looking for an OCONUS Program Support Representative to join our team in supporting the Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies (RCCTO). Your day-to-day work will include: * Supporting multiple overseas deployments, not to exceed 60 concurrent days, as a liaison between onsite soldiers and the Program Management Office (PMO). * Ensuring all aspects of overseas assessment are being addressed, documented, and coordinated with all stakeholders. * Providing reoccurring situational reports on the operational status of systems, spares, maintenance, and training. * Assisting Program Management Office with tracking system requirements, and development efforts and assisting with continued engineering of system upgrades/improvements. * Interacting with operators, users, and military personnel in the delivery of PMO messages while receiving feedback on the operational viability of the system. * Developing and presenting briefings, analyses, and reports to government customers and providing recommended courses of action in a concise format. * Monitoring cost, performance, and schedule indicators and providing input to the Project Manager. * Identifying key personnel while deployed, fostering relationships, and maintaining a positive work environment to ensure mission success. At a minimum you should have: * An active SECRET security clearance and the ability to maintain. * Military overseas deployment experience. * A strong ability to multitask in a high-paced environment. * Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work alone and remotely while providing value to government customers. * Ability to present complex material to government customers concisely with recommended course of action. * Proficiency in MS Office & MS Teams. * Wide range of skillsets needed to accomplish missions in remote locations. * Ability to identify risks to the mission and ensure government customer is informed * This position requires up to 50% travel. You will be highly desirable if you have: * Experience with non-traditional defense contractors. * Experience with rapid prototyping. * Wide range of experience including logistics, system fielding, test planning, and army senior leader messaging. * Counter Small UAS, Air Defense, and sensor/C2 experience *All employees may be called upon to provide their knowledge and/or expertise to proposal efforts including contract re-competes. **This job description is subject to change at any time.
