Job DescriptionJob ResponsibilitiesProduction Support Responsibilities: Oversee the production support activities, ensuring the stability and performance of finance systems. Develop and implement incident management and resolution processes to minimize downtime and impact on business operations. Provide timely support and communication to stakeholders during production issues, and continuously improve support practices to enhance system reliability and user satisfaction.Strategic Alignment and Communication: Ensure that all initiatives across the portfolio, including projects, production support, enhancements, and team management, are aligned with broader business objectives. Maintain clear and consistent communication with teams, business partners, and senior leaders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the portfolio lifecycle.Team Leadership and Development: Lead and manage a team of finance technology professionals, including developers, system analysts, and technical scrum masters/project managers. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, providing mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities.Solution Design and Delivery: Utilize extensive experience in designing and delivering technology solutions within a global organization. Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT programs, projects, and support initiatives, collaborating with business partners across multiple time zones to ensure successful outcomes.Architectural Oversight: Work closely with architects to define, design, and implement a robust long-term architecture for the finance systems portfolio. Ensure that the architecture meets both current and future business needs, supporting scalability, flexibility, and sustainability.Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of portfolio scope, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, addressing competing timelines and demands to deliver outcomes on time and within budget.Quality Assurance and Testing: Ensure rigorous quality assurance processes are in place, including unit, systems, integration, and regression testing. Support the development and implementation of automated test scripts to enhance the efficiency and reliability of regression testing.Vendor and Partner Collaboration: Collaborate with external product vendors and systems integrators to deliver comprehensive solutions. Manage relationships and ensure that all parties are aligned with portfolio goals and timelines.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in implementing and managing Oracle ERP and EPM Cloud products.
