The IT Director will be responsible for the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the security and integrity of the organization’s information systems. They will have direct oversight the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s network infrastructure, including hardware, software, and telecommunications systems and serve as a strategic advisor on IT-related matters, including risk management and long-term planning.Location: Los Angeles, CA. Hybrid working 2-3 days onsite per week. This job expects to pay about $150,000 – 160,000 annually plus benefits.What You Will Do: Serving as primary liaison to IT Proactive (third-party IT support services). Act as the primary point of contact for helpdesk support, troubleshooting technical problems, and providing solutions in a timely manner.Administering company-wide applications, such as Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, Adobe, SAP Business One, etc.Lead IT projects from conception to completion, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and project management. This includes the on-going integration of SAP Business One (ERP) with outside applications (i.e. Shopify and 3PL warehouse software).Managing external IT-related vendors, i.e. negotiating contracts and selecting/onboarding new vendors.Manage the acquisition and repair/replacement process for hardware, including Apple and Dell devices, ensuring minimal disruption to workflow.Managing all devices on tracker with IT Proactive (including all Apple Care)Collaborating with all departments to integrate technical operations with overall business functions.Managing security training and implementing security measures, including phishing awareness.Manage the IT budget, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.Develop an AI strategy across the organization and manage security protocols around the use of AI.What Gets You The Job: Associates or BA/BS degreeDemonstrated experience in IT, including leadership rolesExcellent professionalism with strong organizational skills, attention to detailStrong multi-tasking skills, ability to prioritize new tasks as they ariseStrong communication/interpersonal skillsPositive, can-do attitudeExperience in AI management a plusSolid knowledge of MS suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookIrvine Technology Corporation (ITC) is a leading provider of technology and staffing solutions for IT, Security, Engineering, and Interactive Design disciplines servicing startups to enterprise clients, nationally.
