As IT Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping their technology landscape, driving key projects, and managing vendor relationships. This position offers exciting future opportunities to build and lead a IT team as the company continues to grow.Location: Los Angeles, CA. Hybrid working 2-3 days onsite per week.Compensation: This job expects to pay about $150,000 base annually plus benefits.What You Will Do: Serve as the primary contact for IT vendors, including helpdesk support and troubleshooting.Administer company-wide applications like Slack, Zoom, SAP Business One, and others.Lead IT projects from planning to completion, including resource allocation and budgeting.Manage vendor contracts, negotiate terms, and onboard new IT service providers.Oversee the acquisition, maintenance, and repair of IT hardware (Apple and Dell devices).Collaborate with departments to align IT operations with business goals.Implement and manage security training and protocols, including phishing awareness.What Gets You The Job: Associate or BA/BS degree in a related field is strongly preferredProven experience in hands on infrastructure and IT management rolesProven experience and success in managing vendor relationshipsStrong background in infrastructure and telecomStrong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Positive, proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.Experience with AI management is a plus.Irvine Technology Corporation (ITC) is a leading provider of technology and staffing solutions for IT, Security, Engineering, and Interactive Design disciplines servicing startups to enterprise clients, nationally.
