The Quality Assurance Specialist meticulously inspects and analyzes shipping components to guarantee the delivery of high-quality products in adherence to specified quality standards within a manufacturing environment. Position involves the implementation and oversight of quality management systems, processes, and standards to meet regulatory requirements. The Quality Assurance Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and address areas for improvement, contributing to the overall enhancement of product quality and operational efficiency.

Duties and responsibilities:

Develop, Supervise, and review shipping inspection standards and specifications.
Address abnormalities at shipment sites to ensure quality and quantity standards are met.
Accompany customers during inspections, summarize results, and provide feedback while tracking and verifying inspection issues.
Create and administer training programs for shipment inspectors, fostering skill enhancement and comprehensive development.
Assist production and warehouse teams in improving shipment quality and verify the effectiveness of improvement measures.
Arrange sampling and identification of inventory products, report scrap products, and maintain shipment reports and data.
Take responsibility for shipping safety management, including hazard identification, spot checks, and adherence to safety regulations.
Assist in developing and implementing customer satisfaction survey plans, analyzing results, and implementing continuous improvement measures.
Review and revise documents quarterly, update product coding information and address issues found during internal and external audits.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in electronics, semiconductors or business management.
2+ years of experience in Semiconductor industry quality management preferred.
Proficient in English; knowledge of Mandarin preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Proficient in applying the seven QC methods for quality control.
Skilled in utilizing Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), and other quality control methods.
Trained in ISO9000 system management, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Acquainted with various products and manufacturing processes within the company.
Proficient in Outlook, Teams, Excel
