Join our skilled team of imaging professionals as an Interventional Radiology Technologist. Use your expertise to perform invasive diagnostic and interventional procedures, operate and assure the quality of imaging equipment, and support procedures in hybrid OR and endovascular suites. This role requires specialized knowledge of vascular anatomy, vascular disease processes, and supplies used in angiography and endovascular cases.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of Interventional Radiology Technologist experience.
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
  • State radiologic technologist license for Louisiana.
  • BLS certification.
  • Experience working in OR Hybrid room, Cath Lab, and Endovascular Suite.
  • Experience with Toshiba imaging equipment in an OR Hybrid environment required.
  • Ability to respond to on-call assignments with a 30 minute response time.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting endovascular and angio procedures as the primary technologist.
  • Experience floating between procedure areas such as OR, Cath Lab, and hybrid suites preferred.


Assignment Details

  • Shift Hours: 06:15 - 14:45.
  • Schedule: 5x8s.
  • Every other weekend call required.
  • On-call required with 30 minute response time.
  • Work will include coverage in the OR Hybrid room and use in OR room 11; may be required to float to other facility units as needed.
