Join the team as an Ultrasound Technologist (Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) where you will operate specialized ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality images used by physicians to diagnose and treat medical conditions. This opportunity is located in Carlsbad, NM at a hospital setting. You will work with a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver patient-centered imaging services and support diagnostic workflows.


Minimum Requirements:

  • National certification in specialty from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (preferred ARDMS or ARRT credentials accepted).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer.
  • Experience performing ECHO, OB, and general ultrasound examinations.
  • State licensure for New Mexico required.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • Willingness to participate in departmental call rotation (call frequency specified in Assignment Details).


Preferred Qualifications

  • Ultrasound ARDMS and/or Ultrasound ARRT preferred.
  • Prior experience in a hospital radiology department.


Assignment Details

  • Shift hours: 08:00–16:30.
  • Workdays: Monday through Friday.
  • Call requirement: 5–7 days of call per month.
  • Candidates may be required to float to other facilities within the client network as needed.
