Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Home health experience
- PT license in state of AR
- CPR certification
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Shift days: Monday through Friday
- No on-call or weekend requirement
- Coverage area is primarily Batesville-area home health visits
- Responsibilities include PT evaluations, reassessments, and start of care visits for home health patients, with possible treatment visits
- Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient
