Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home health experience
• PT license in state of AR
• CPR certification

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Shift days: Monday through Friday
• No on-call or weekend requirement
• Coverage area is primarily Batesville-area home health visits
• Responsibilities include PT evaluations, reassessments, and start of care visits for home health patients, with possible treatment visits
• Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient
