Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
  • Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
  • BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
  • Home Health experience required
  • OASIS experience required
  • CPR certification required


Assignment Details

  • Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Weekend rotation required
  • Potential availability on observed holidays required
  • Mileage reimbursed between patient visits
  • May float to other nearby agencies as needed
