Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home health experience
• HCHB experience
• PT license in the state of AR
• CPR certification
• Bachelor's Degree

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• No weekend or on-call requirement
• Coverage area includes a 50-mile radius surrounding Salem
• Primary responsibilities include PT evaluations, reassessments, start of care visits, and treatment visits for home health patients
• Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient
• Dress code: blue
