Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Arizona State Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
- Experience treating multiple patients concurrently or managing more than one treatment area at a time.
- Eligible candidates may be considered for Clinic Manager/Clinic Director opportunities; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
