Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Connecticut Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC required or may be required. (Client may require current BLS on file.)
- Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
- Ability to work with typical SNF equipment and documentation systems. Prior experience with restorative programs preferred.
- Client requires a 13-week contract duration.
