Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Connecticut Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC required or may be required. (Client may require current BLS on file.)
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Ability to work with typical SNF equipment and documentation systems. Prior experience with restorative programs preferred.
• Client requires a 13-week contract duration.

• Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift: Days.
• Shift hours: 08:30–16:30.
• Work pattern: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts.
