Physical Therapist (Sign on Bonus)- Full Time

Minimum Requirements:

• Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Florida physical therapy license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.

Clinical Focus & Caseload:

• Adult outpatient orthopedics only.
• Productivity model is hourly-based. Full-time = ~60 patients/week; typical pacing 1.5 patients per hour.
• Treatment model mixes one-on-one and concurrent care. Occasional double-booking and overlapping times are common.
• PTAs work with PTs and may float between therapists depending on clinic needs.

Team Structure & Work Environment:

• Typical staffing ratio 1 PT : 1 PTA with scheduling flexibility.
• Clinic sizes vary. Staffing can range from 3 therapists at smaller sites to as many as 11 therapists at busier locations.
• Clinicians should be comfortable collaborating with a large physician group and acting as clinical liaisons to referring providers.
• Successful candidates will work well in a fast-paced, multi-patient, multi-therapist environment and maintain a professional, patient-centered demeanor.
