Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree)
• Active Florida Physical Therapy license required prior to start of assignment
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.

• Client Notes: Urgent need for 1 PT for inpatient. Possible rotating weekends.
