Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to placement.
  • Minimum of 3 months of outpatient experience, or 1 year of physical therapy experience in other settings.
  • New graduates not accepted.
  • Experience with Raintree EMR preferred.
  • Completion of required HealthStream modules prior to placement is required. Agencies will be reimbursed a one-time payment with proof of completion certificates.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Productivity experience managing 55–63 patients per week preferred.
  • Experience working flexible schedules including occasional evening coverage preferred.


Assignment Details

  • Shift hours: 0800–1630.
  • Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
  • Schedule may include 4x10 options and requires availability for two evenings per week until 7:30 PM.
  • Clinic open hours operate roughly 7:00 AM–7:30 PM Monday–Friday.
  • EMR: Raintree.
  • Productivity expectation: approximately 55–63 patients per week.
  • Floating to other locations may be required when necessary.
