Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association required. Masters or Doctorate preferred.
  • Current licensure and registration as a Physical Therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required.
  • Current American Heart Association BLS certification required.
  • Minimum of one year of physical therapist experience in a health care setting required. Home health/home care experience required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of physical therapy principles and strong verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Current valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation required.

  • Facility Type: Hospital-affiliated home health / VNA setting.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Shift Hours: 08:00 - 16:30.
  • Days: Days of week corresponding to day shift schedule.
  • Assignment Length: 13 week assignment.
  • Must perform in-home visits and deliver care in patients’ residences.
