Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association approved program, or equivalent degree.
• Current state Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts required to start the assignment.
• Proof of current CPR certification required.
• Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting required.
• Previous home care experience preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting, bending, pulling, pushing, prolonged standing and walking required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel locally as needed.
• Must read, write, and speak fluent English.

• Candidate must be able to perform evaluations, develop and update Plans of Care, document progress notes, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
• Must be able to instruct patients and families on transfers and safe use of assistive devices and to order or adapt rehabilitative equipment for home environments.
• May be required to travel locally and float to other service locations as needed.
