Minimum Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
- Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- 2 years minimum home care experience
- Valid driver license required
- Master or Doctorate Degree required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Massachusetts Speech and Language Pathologist license required
- Knowledge of and familiarity with rehabilitation equipment including language/communication aids, devices, and wheelchairs
- Traveler must have their own vehicle
Assignment Details
- Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Weekend Requirement: Every 4 to 6 weekends
- Holiday coverage required if needed
