Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Missouri Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience required. 2 years of experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience in outpatient settings required; experience in acute care and skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
- Required documentation skills: assessment, evaluation, plan of care, reassessments, short-term and long-term goal setting, and discharge documentation.
- Experience using common equipment and devices preferred: gait belt, rolling walker, standard walker, crutches, Hoyer lift, sit-to-stand lift, hospital bed, supplemental oxygen, shoulder slings, sliding boards, and prosthetic-related care.
- Preferred clinical skills: body mechanics assessment, pain assessment, strength testing, and vital signs monitoring.
- Geriatrics and orthopedics patient populations preferred.
- Previous charge or lead experience preferred.
- First-time travel clinicians not accepted.

- Primary Specialty: Physical Therapist.
- Facility Type: Hospital. Assignment will work mostly outpatient therapy/rehabilitation within the hospital setting.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Day 5x8-Hour. Typical shift 08:00–16:30 (shift listed as 8a–4:30p in client notes).
- Daily census: approximately 8 patients / 8 visits per day.
- Number of rooms/beds in department: 25.
- Years of experience required: 1 year (2 years strongly preferred).
- State license required to start assignment: Missouri.
