Minimum Requirements

• Associate's, Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. (Client requires at least Associate's.)
• Active Mississippi Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain state license prior to start.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in Home Health settings is required.
• Experience with documentation for home health and familiarity with home safety assessments and functional mobility evaluations is preferred.
• Ability to provide care in patient homes and travel locally to multiple patient residences. Floating to other local service areas may be required.

• Required to deliver in-home visits and complete required home health documentation.
