Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA.
• Active Physical Therapist license in Mississippi or ability to obtain license prior to assignment start.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to start.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred. This is a preferred item, not mandatory.
• Ability to meet productivity expectations: approximately 60 visits per week and the ability to see 12–14 patients per day; double-booking of follow-up visits is expected.
• Willingness to float to other clinics within the region as needed.
• Must be able to work a guaranteed 36 hours per week with the expectation of up to 40 hours; any overtime must be approved by director.
• Applicants must be licensed and authorized to work in the United States.

• Patient Population: Outpatient orthopedics.
• Floating: Candidate is expected to float to other clinics in the region as needed.
• Team Options: Opportunity to work in this clinic or a neighboring clinic as part of a travel team.
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours guaranteed with expectation to work up to 40 hours; OT must be approved by director.
• Productivity Expectation: Approximately 60 visits per week; will generally see 12–14 patients per day.
