Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you will recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services in an outpatient setting in Greenville, NC.


Minimum Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or Physical Therapy with a bachelor’s or associate degree.
  • Active North Carolina state license required to start.
  • Prior management or director-level experience in an outpatient therapy setting preferred.
  • Experience recruiting, onboarding, and supervising clinical staff.
  • Experience developing clinical programs, policies, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating operational aspects of a therapy clinic.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required for collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and referral sources.
  • Clinic Manager — PT only. PT credential required for this clinic manager role.
