Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
  • Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
  • BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
  • Active New York Physical Therapist license
  • Home health experience


Assignment Details

  • Shift hours: 8:30 am - 5pm
  • Weekend requirement: 1 weekend per month
  • On-call requirement: No on call
  • Coverage area includes Kingston and the southern Kingston region of Ulster County
  • Mileage reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient
