Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Assignment length: 13 weeks.
• Schedule includes Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8 to 7.
• Schedule includes Wednesday and Friday from 8 to 1.
• Outpatient setting.
